Starting 10th Sept a new Walk to Run course lasting 8 weeks. This is a gentle and fun way to start running. £3 per session or £21 for 8 weeks (one session free!)

It's a brilliant time of year to get outside. For any ladies who already run a bit but would like some company to keep motivated, come and join gwernyfed Ladies Running Club. We meet at 6.15 every Tuesday, locations are varied. Some off road running, some training and a lot of fun!

If you can run 3 miles (slow is fine, some of our members will walk for a while) faster ones loop back.
